Bedok Reservoir Park, Wednesday, March 27, 2013 – Karthic Harish Ragupathy of Hwa Chong Institution (HCI) clinched first place in the A Division individual category at the 54th National Schools Cross Country Championships. Karthic also won the individual title in 2012, albeit in a slower time of 13:09.14.
